Al llegar, inició el proceso de doblado del tubo, luego pusieron a Tito a metro y medio del suelo y soldaron el tubo a los soportes como debía ser. Después de prenderlo empujado y llegar al taller, la solución era sencilla: conectar bien un cable del regulador. Y la solución al recalentamiento, cambiar la tapa del frasco del agua, (desafortunadamente en el taller se extravió una parte de la original, dañando su funcionamiento). &lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Listo! A probarlo: nos fuimos vía Siberia! En un acto de rebeldía contra el reglamento (sólo para probarlo, eso no sucede normalmente) recorrimos unos km a más de 100km/h. El resultado: espectacular! Rueda muy bien, sin ruidos, obvio, le falta la quinta. Sin embargo, aún se siente frenado por el ajuste de las piezas. No dijeron nada por el exhosto amarrado con alambre, ni siquiera lo miraron por debajo. Los anillos están gastados, hay que cambiarlos. Tensor de la cadena de repartición y la cadena: gastados, requieren cambio. Los casquetes se cambian por prevención. Se compró el piso de adelante, la viga del lado derecho, el bigote y la parte inferior de los dos soportes del motor. De inmediato se notaron las diferencias entre las piezas. En cuestión de dos horas se retiraron elementos como las copas, emblemas, bombillos, persiana, asientos y demás.... El carro se llevó al taller lo más desarmado posible, se hizo el negocio y comenzó el proceso. A pesar del aspecto exterior que tenía el carro, el chasis estaba muy oxidado. La decisión estaba entre comprar un chasis nuevo, que se consiguen en Colombia, o reparar el antiguo. Desafortunadamente los chasises nuevos son hechos a semejanza de los que traían los R4 más modernos y no son iguales al que tiene éste carro, como veremos más adelante.
